Services

KAK Digital LLC ("we", "us") provides AI systems engineering, including behavioral intelligence platforms, commerce systems, and custom AI solutions. All engagements are governed by these terms unless a separate agreement is executed.

Engagement & Payment

• All projects begin with a scoping call at no cost
• Project fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a signed Statement of Work (SOW)
• Payment terms are Net-15 unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee

Intellectual Property

• Custom-built systems and code are owned by the client upon full payment
• KAK Digital retains the right to reuse non-client-specific frameworks and methodologies
• Pre-existing KAK Digital products (Cortex, JOLT) remain our intellectual property; clients receive a license to use

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

KAK Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed to date. We will provide a full handover of all deliverables and data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
