connection with delivering KAK Cortex, custom engineering, and managed services.
Customers have 15 days to object to new additions from the date of an email notice.

Subscribe to sub-processor-change notifications by emailing
privacy@kakdigital.com
with subject "Subscribe subprocessor changes". We email customers 15+ days before adding a
new material sub-processor.
Recent changes
The most recent change was the migration from legacy Hostinger infrastructure to the
Vercel + Supabase stack (March-April 2026). No data was migrated between vendors without
the Controller's explicit instruction.
